Q. Why should I bring my bike to
OCS instead of taking it to a corporate store?
A. Unlike most dealers, and even some
independent shops who will
not work on bikes older than 10 years, we will work on almost
all years, makes and models of motorcycles and ATV's. Our goal
is always to take care of you the customer.
Q. Do you carry parts for my bike?
A. We either carry or can get parts for almost any year make or
model.
Q. When are you open?
A. Our hours of operation are Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00
am to 6:00 Pm
We are closed Sunday and Monday.
Q. Do you have a pickup and delivery service?
A. No, but we do recommend a company called Bike Tow -
1-800-BIKE-TOW (1-800-245-3869)
Q. Do you do crash repair?
A. Yes, we do.
Q. Do you sell insurance?
A. Yes, we are an agent for Pacific Specialists.
Q. Do you sell used bikes?
A. Yes, call for our current inventory.
Q. Do you buy
used bikes?
A. Yes, we are always looking for nice, clean used bikes. Please
bring your bike in with your paperwork, we'll be glad to take a
look at it.
Q. When is it
necessary to make an appointment to have my bike serviced?
A. For minor services such as tire and oil changes you don't
need to schedule an appointment.
However, for tune-ups and extensive repairs it is best that we
schedule your repair prior to your bringing in your bike.
Q. How long does
it take to get a part that is not in stock?
A. We can normally expect to receive most parts by the next day.
Q. If I have my
own parts will you install it?
A. Yes, we will use your parts but there may be an extra labor
charge.
Q. Do you sell
apparel for ladies and children?
A. Yes, we stock both ladies and children's apparel including
helmets, gloves.
